Returns Policy

The AccuRoute CDs are backed by the following guarantees.

"Cooling Off" Period

If, within 7 days of receipt of an AccuRoute CD, you decide against keeping it, Critical Path Software Ltd will offer a full refund when it is returned to us in factory-fresh condition with the security seal still intact. Once the software has been opened, no refund claims will be considered.

Damaged goods and/or evidence of any form of tampering will void the refund request at the sole discretion of Critical Path Software Ltd.

e-mail Critical Path Software Ltd as soon as possible, and in any event, within 7 days of receipt, to advise of the CD's impending return. CDs returned without prior authorisation will not be considered for a refund.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the CD's return, and is advised to use sufficient packaging to prevent damage which might otherwise invalidate the claim.

Subject to a claim being validated, a refund will be made via cheque in either US Dollars or GB Pounds Sterling. No other currency requests will be considered. The customer should specify which is their preferred currency in their e-mail. Should the refund currency differ from the purchase currency, the exchange rate at the time of purchase will be used to convert.

Only CDs issued direct by Critical Path Software Ltd, or purchased via our re-sellers, Kagi, will qualify for a refund. Refunds will not be considered for CDs obtained as part of any third party promotion eg magazine gift.

Faulty Goods

If, within 30 days of receipt of an AccuRoute CD, the goods become defective, Critical Path Software Ltd will offer a replacement CD free of charge when the original is returned to us.

Returned goods which have been subject to mis-use, abuse, or any other form of unauthorised tampering, will void the claim for a replacement, at the sole discretion of Critical Path Software Ltd.

e-mail Critical Path Software Ltd as soon as possible, and in any event, within 30 days of receipt, to advise of how the software is failing - a significant proportion of apparent software "defects" turn out not to have been defects at all, but simple mis-understandings about what the program was trying to do.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the CD's return, and is advised to use sufficient packaging to prevent damage which might otherwise invalidate the claim.

Subject to a claim being validated, the customer will receive a replacement CD within 7 days (or 14 days for customers outside the UK, or at busy times of year).
